You may have situations where Form entry data is incorrectly captured by app users and needs to be updated.
This can be done via the secure website after a Form entry has been uploaded. Only users with Edit Data Entries permissions can perform this editing. To adjust user permissions go to navigation menu on the left side and click Organization & Users, and select User & Groups from the drop down. Hover over the persons name and click 'edit user'. Once granted permission, users will see an edit link on the View Entry page.
The View Entry is accessed through the navigation menu Data Entries, click on 'View Entry' found under the the title of the form. Changes can be made manually by clicking the 'Edit' on the right and entering the new value. Remember to click save when completed.
This will update your digital filing cabinet.
