Occasionally you may have situations where Form entry data is incorrectly captured by an app user and thus needs to be updated.

This is possible to do via the secure website after a Form entry has been uploaded.

Only users with the Edit Data Entries permission found on the Edit User page of the secure website can perform entry editing.

Once granted permission, users will see an edit link on the View Entry page.

Navigate to the Data Entries section of the website, and select the form you wish to edit.

Data Entries  >  Table View  >  then select the form you wish to edit, and click View Entry.

Once the edit screen opens, click next to the field(s) you wish to modify.  Ensure you save your work once completed.

Note:  All edits will permanently modify that particular form entry, so double check prior to saving.
